This Privacy Policy explains how Little Tough LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Bevip AI — Credit Card Benefits mobile application and any associated website (collectively, the "Service"). We have designed the Service with privacy in mind: there are no user accounts, and you use the Service entirely under an anonymous device identifier.
Anonymous Device Identifier
We generate a random, unique identifier for your device and store it securely in your device's Keychain. This identifier is not linked to your name, email address, Apple ID, or any other personally identifiable information. It is the only "account" you have with us.
Cards, Programs, and Survey Answers You Add
When you add a credit card or loyalty program to the App, or answer onboarding survey questions (e.g., spending categories), that information is stored locally on your device and is also synced to our servers associated with your anonymous device identifier — so your data persists across App restarts and device restores where technically feasible. We store card names and program names only — never card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or any payment credentials.
Benefit and Notification Data
We store the benefit research results, alerts, and notification history we generate for you on our servers, keyed to your anonymous device identifier.
Technical and Usage Data
Standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps, device OS version, App version) may be collected automatically for security monitoring and service reliability. We do not use this data for behavioral advertising.
We share limited information with the following service providers strictly to operate the Service. They are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own independent purposes.

Local data: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device, including the Keychain entry for your anonymous device identifier.
Server-side data: Data associated with your anonymous device identifier is retained as long as your anonymous identifier is active. If you wish to delete your server-side data, contact us at info@littletough.com with the request. Because all data is keyed to an anonymous identifier and not to a named account, you may need to provide your anonymous device identifier (available in App settings) to facilitate deletion.

The Service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that data has been collected from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has used the Service, please contact us at info@littletough.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app notification). Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
